Kate Cunningham

Kate Cunningham is an artist and professional art tutor based in Scotland.  Since graduating with B.A Honours Degree from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design in 2014 Kate has worked as a full-time artist and private tutor from her studio in Angus.

Fascinated by nature and her close connection to the Scottish landscape, she creates her paintings as an emotional response to the atmospheric and ephemeral qualities of clouds, land and sea.  Kate was commissioned by Gordon and Macphail to complete a painting in conjunction with the release of 75 yr old bottling of Mortlach Single Malt Whisky. The painting was then exhibited in the Royal Opera House in London and printed in a book written exclusively for sale with each bottle.

Kate's work has gained an enthusiastic following over the years and is currently exhibited in galleries across Scotland and held in many private collections.  www.facebook.com/KateCunninghamFineArt
